Refund Policy

Free registration: There is no charge for free registration; therefore, no refund applies.

VIP access: VIP access includes digital content and live-event benefits. Once the summit has begun, VIP purchases are non-refundable.

Refund requests and processing: If you believe you purchased VIP access in error prior to the summit start time, please submit your refund request directly through the ThriveCart order or receipt link provided at checkout, or by contacting ThriveCart support. ThriveCart processes all refunds via Stripe.

Refunds typically take 2–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Refunds will appear under ADBO LLC. For privacy and security reasons, we do not have access to your payment or account details; all payment processing and customer account information is handled entirely by ThriveCart and Stripe.

Coupon codes: Member or promotional pricing is provided via coupon code and must be applied at checkout. Price adjustments after purchase are not available.
